Description
The best defense when a customer says ‘I never paid for that’ — a receipt they signed.
ProofPay turns your phone into a field-ready payment documentation tool. Capture signatures, photos, GPS, and timestamp every payment you collect. When disputes happen months later, the proof is already there.
What you get:
- Signature capture with pressure-sensitive pen input
- Auto-timestamped and GPS-tagged records
- Photo attachments for check stubs, cash piles, or work completed
- PDF receipt generation — email it before you leave
- Offline-capable — works where cell service doesn’t
- Encrypted local storage — your data stays on your device
Built for contractors, service pros, mobile repair, and anyone who collects payment in the field.
One-time $14.99. No subscriptions. No ads. No data harvesting.
